International Customs, Duties & Taxes
We love our international hobbyist community! Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) from the United States.This means the prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties, or carrier brokerage fees. The recipient is entirely responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. If an international package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original product and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Unless otherwise stated all orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Returns
Due to the nature of un-assembled, DIY hobbyist electronics, all component kits are sold strictly “as-is.”
Because components can easily be damaged during user handling, assembly, or soldering, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all kit specifications carefully before purchasing.
Missing or Damaged Components
If a component is missing from your kit or arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or not desired, we can discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
